"It is my great pleasure to offer you a warm welcome to Cranford House. Set in over 14 acres of rural South Oxfordshire, we are a non-selective independent day school, for girls aged 3 to 16 and boys aged 3 to 11. From 2020, we will also be adding a Sixth Form to our all-girls Senior School.

Established in 1931, Cranford House continues to provide a vibrant, opportunity-rich education and an environment where happy children learn and succeed. Our school is firmly based on traditional values, within a warmly nurturing environment, where the diversity of ability and talent of each of our pupils is fully embraced.

Cranford House pupils are happy, confident and motivated, giving them the perfect foundation to aspire to achieve across all areas of our broad curriculum. The small class sizes, close community and committed staff clearly promote our ethos as a welcoming, family school. With around 400 pupils across the school, our relatively small size ensures that every child has the opportunity to participate fully in all aspects of school life from the earliest years.

We know that to fully understand the distinctive, supportive and happy environment of Cranford House you need to experience it for yourselves. Please come and see us at one of our open events or contact us to arrange a personal tour. We very much look forward to meeting you."
