Art at Cranford

The Art department at Cranford is a fun and supportive environment.

The department prides itself in encouraging and supporting all students regardless of ability to enjoy and experience Art, Craft and Design and develop their imagination and creativity and their knowledge of Art.


Our students study three projects a year that explore various media and styles including, drawing, painting, printing, ceramics and mixed media. All the projects make reference to an art or cultural theme.


GCSE art is a very popular choice for students at Cranford and students achieve very highly where students explore and develop their skills in a wide variety of media.
