Drama at Cranford

Drama is a key aspect of the cultural life of Cranford House.

All of our pupils study drama and we believe that Drama plays a crucial role in developing the pupils' communication and performance skills, encourage their appreciation of theatre as an art form, and develop their understanding of how Drama can be used to explore human behaviour and relationships in a variety of social and cultural contexts.

There are two large-scale school productions a year, one for the Junior and one for the Senior Sections. The department organises numerous theatre trips.
