Deposit
A deposit of £750 for pupils entering Form 3 upwards is payable upon acceptance of an offer of a place at the School, and a deposit of £500 is payable in Nursery, Reception, Forms 1 and 2. This deposit will be refunded by the school when the pupil leaves, less any monies outstanding at that time. However, the entire deposit is non-refundable should the pupil not take up the offer of a place without giving a full term's notice.
Termly Fees
Fees are charged termly in advance and include school lunch. A term's notice is required, in writing, for the withdrawal of a pupil or the cancellation of an extra, or payment for the following term will be required. The Terms and Conditions require that fees are paid on or before the first day of the term to which they relate. Parents who, for whatever reason, are unable to pay should contact the Bursar immediately. Where fees are not paid on time, an administrative charge of 4% over bank base rate will be added to the balance of the account. Holmwood term-time credit facility is available for the monthly payment of fees.
