Head of Mathematics

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional, dynamic and motivated Head of Mathematics, with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils at all levels, including A-Level and Further Mathematics.

The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner with a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of achievement for all pupils and a passion for teaching and learning and curriculum development, coupled with demonstrable leadership skills and potential. A willingness to make a contribution to the extra-curricular life of the School is also essential

You will be joining at an exciting time as we launch of our new Co-Educational Sixth Form and extend of our successful Junior School Co-Educational provision up into the Senior School.

Teaching Support Vacancies

School Chaplain

To start September 2020

This is an exciting, newly created position for a School Chaplain to encourage and nurture the spiritual and religious development of pupils and staff and to celebrate the Christian ethos of the school.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the school and wider community, devising liturgy and leading services and assemblies. The Chaplain will offer pastoral support to pupils and staff and be an integrated member of the teaching team, contributing to Religious Studies lessons as part of the Humanities department.

There are possibilities for combining this post with a House for Duty in the Archdeaconry for an ordained candidate, or locally with a Youth Worker post.

You will be joining the school as we open our much awaited purpose built Co-Educational Sixth Form and as we extend our Co-Educational provision to our Senior School.

Exam Invigilators

We are seeking to add to our bank of casual Examination Invigilators who are able to do either half or whole days during the Summer exam period and also at other times to assist with mocks, resits and other external exams.

Duties include supervision of on-line tests, the invigilation for external examinations and reading and writing for individual students. A good standard of education is essential along with general administrative skills. Training will be provided so no previous experience is necessary.

Minibus Driver

An opportunity has arisen for a Minibus Driver to join our existing team. He/she will be responsible for driving a 15 or 17 seater minibus on a single or split-shift (6.45-8.45am, 3.45-5.45pm) as required and will have a good rapport with children of all ages with a key responsibility to ensure a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
