Year 8 Remote Edited

I want to start my final newsletter of the week by saying well done to all our pupils for embracing this week with such positivity and enthusiasm. This is certainly not the start to the Spring term we had hoped for, but it is so encouraging to be continually met with feedback from all our staff, and the pupils I have been fortunate enough to speak to, about the success of the remote learning provision. I am truly heartened by these messages and thank you to all our pupils and parents for adapting so effortlessly to virtual Cranford!

What has been particularly noticeable for me over this last week, is the support we all have for each other as a school community. This is clearly evident in the pupil year groups, in individual forms, in specific teaching groups and within the staff and parent body. It is wonderful to feel part of such a cohesive family and I very much look forward to being in a position to welcome everyone back into school, hopefully in the not-too-distant future.

With so much activity going on this week, both in remote learning and in school with the keyworker provision, we thought you might like to see a little of what has been going on in pictures:

Finally, we would like to share with parents our assembly from this morning, with various members of the Cranford House staff team dancing their way into the new year and first week of term.

Have a lovely weekend.
